WebRezPro Cloud Property Management System Automates the Management of Stash Hotel Rewards for Independent Hotels
Calgary, AB (PRWEB) September 10, 2013 -- WebRezPro Cloud Property Management System by World Web Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce a direct-connect integration with Stash Hotel Rewards, the largest points-based rewards program for independent hotels in the U.S. Through this proprietary integration, WebRezPro has automated the process of managing Stash member point balances, streamlining the flow of guest check-out information from independent hotels directly to Stash Hotel Rewards.
WebRezPro PMS worked in conjunction with Stash Hotel Rewards and Charlestowne Hotels to develop the automated solution, enabling WebRezPro to send Charlestowne’s guest stay data to Stash Rewards immediately upon check-out. Previously, hotel staff were required to create and export nightly reports which contain information needed to award guests with Stash points. The new interface saves independent hoteliers time and expense by eliminating traditional reporting processes, allowing them to focus on other areas of the business.

Future integration enhancements include moving toward a two-way connection, which will allow WebRezPro to query the Stash Hotel Rewards database to identify reward members prior to or upon guest check-in. With this information in hand, hotel staff will be able to anticipate Stash members when they walk in the door.
