As an alliance partner of Leadership Capital Group, Ms. Wang manages the firm’s Asia-Pacific region through Executive Search Solutions Asia (ESSA). Ms. Wang brings over 25 years of industry and executive search experience across North America and Asia-Pacific region, including more than 15 years in Human Resources and executive search for Japan, China, Hong Kong, and other countries.
Ms. Wang has an extensive background in sourcing of senior executives and board members with expertise in the areas of retail, consumer goods, health care, industrial manufacturing and chemicals, technology, and professional services. Her experience in search covers all levels of executive management, heads of business, operational leaders as well as all functional areas reporting to these roles.
Her broad industry experience and personal and professional global citizenship provide her with unique capability to understand and focus on the successful placement of top executives across all key industries. She combines experience and perspective on cultural diversity from having lived and worked in four countries, and under her leadership, ESSA has conducted searches in over ten countries across Asia. With this background plus multiple language skills, she is able to support her clients and assist them in capturing the best talent for their executive and board-level positions.

Prior to the establishment of ESSA, Ms. Wang was an Executive Vice President for a top global executive search firm. As an initial member and top producer, she was a major contributor to the building and growth of the firm’s China practice. She also was instrumental in the development of the firm’s retail and consumer products practice.
Ms. Wang was born and raised in Taiwan, is trilingual and fluent in Mandarin, English and Japanese. She has a Master’s Degree from University of San Francisco in Public Administration and spent the early part of her career working in New York for an international private label consumer goods company. As the Finance Director, Ms. Wang was responsible for the overall finance functions and acted as the business partner to the President of the firm. Later she moved to Japan where she was the Director of Administrative Services-Asia Pacific for a widely acclaimed global consulting firm. Her responsibilities included finance, human resources, operational support as well as general management for the three Asia offices; Tokyo, Shanghai and Hong Kong. In the area of Human Resources, Ms. Wang managed the senior recruitment of the firm’s three offices; she also was responsible for selecting and managing executive search firms, the recruitment process and negotiation of employment contracts and packages.
Ms. Wang is a certified Chinese recruitment executive and holds a certified Chinese recruitment license.
