Target Data Launches Targeted Online Ads Aimed at Consumers Who have Listed their Home for Sale

New Target Click product matches location of homes listed for sale with customer behavior to target new pre-movers with dynamic display ads on the web and social media in real time.

Marketing solutions company Target Data has launched a product that gives brands the ability to target new pre-movers through display ads as they surf the Internet.

Through a partnership with real time targeting company Netmining, the Target Click product pairs the location of anonymous consumers who have listed their homes for sale with IP addresses and cookies. Marketers can then optimize the targeting of display ads to reach pre-qualified consumers who are in the process of moving.

Target Data, which uses proprietary data collection tools and analytics to identify high-value consumers within days of listing their homes on the market, has traditionally deployed direct mail campaigns based on offline insights. The partnership with Netmining gives marketers the ability to target pre-movers through online channels – without ever knowing customers’ names.

“Target Click will change how brands market to new movers online by delivering only the most relevant customers – people who are actually selling their houses,” said Ross Shelleman, CEO and founder of Target Data. “We’re delivering customers who are ready to buy based on anonymous physical and virtual address matching.”

Netmining will serve dynamic remarketing ads based on that customer’s behavior. Ads adjust in real time and can be activated in sites like Facebook, ensuring that marketers are reaching their customers through the most relevant channels.
