Marketing solutions company Target Data has launched a product that gives brands the ability to target new pre-movers through display ads as they surf the Internet.

Through a partnership with real time targeting company Netmining, the Target Click product pairs the location of anonymous consumers who have listed their homes for sale with IP addresses and cookies. Marketers can then optimize the targeting of display ads to reach pre-qualified consumers who are in the process of moving.

Target Data, which uses proprietary data collection tools and analytics to identify high-value consumers within days of listing their homes on the market, has traditionally deployed direct mail campaigns based on offline insights. The partnership with Netmining gives marketers the ability to target pre-movers through online channels – without ever knowing customers’ names.
