Imaging 411 Expands Micrographics Service Offerings with Support for Konica Minolta and Canon Products
Long Island, NY (PRWEB) September 11, 2013 -- Imaging 411, a national service provider, announced that it has dramatically broadened its micrographics service by adding support for the full lines of both Konica Minolta and Canon micrographics products. Imaging 411 has been delivering onsite maintenance for most of the scanners in the ECM space since 2003, supporting Kodak, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Canon and others with a comprehensive program of support contracts delivered through their MVP (Most Valuable Partners) reseller partner channel. Since that time, it has offered support for Kodak and EPM (Eastman Park Micrographics) micrographics equipment as well. Kodak sold its micrographics division to EPM in April 2011.
"Changes in the marketplace combined with strong customer demand for this expansion of our coverage is really driving our team to broaden our offering to our channel," said Don F. McMahan, vice president of sales for Imaging 411. "Our partners are looking to consolidate vendors and our high touch, and rich channel program has made them enthusiastic about our expansion.”
“Imaging 411 has done a great job creating some renewed excitement around the service market for resellers,” said Ralph Gammon, editor and publisher of the Document Imaging Report. “Their channel program has created a viable alternative to working exclusively with the hardware vendors. The expanded micrographics coverage makes perfect sense in a document imaging market that, even though it’s increasingly going digital, still has a strong legacy of micrographics implementations.”
Jay Linhart, CEO of Matrix Imaging Technologies added, "The 411 team has done a terrific job with not only the micrographics systems they support for us but all the document scanners as well. As a former senior Kodak manager, I can say we are very pleased with the support for our customers and the MVP program as well."
Purchase of maintenance contracts for both Canon and Konica Minolta is available immediately through the nationwide network of authorized MVP resellers, and is also available for federal government customers through GSA contract holders authorized under the Imaging 411 program.
