ZINK Imaging’s online support center provides 24/7 support access to customers, including a help desk ticketing system, self-service knowledgebase and a live chat option, all powered by Parature’s cloud-based software. With this expanded customer service availability and new self-service content and features, ZINK customers can find the product answers and information they need at any time through multiple channels, increasing customer satisfaction, while also improving internal customer service efficiency as ZINK hAppy™ Customer Care representatives can now manage and respond to customer questions coming from multiple service channels through a single, centralized cloud-based service desk with advanced routing and reporting capabilities.
