Title Alliance Announces T.A. Closing Operations Manager and Title Alliance Underwriters
Media, PA (PRWEB) September 10, 2013 -- Title Alliance announces that Janet McGrath Sittig will take on the role of Operations Manager of T.A. Closing Network, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Sittig’s role will include overseeing the daily operations of the T.A. Closing Network team who facilitate settlements in 9 states. Sittig, also a Vice President of T.A. Closing Network, is the Senior Underwriter for Title Alliance’s operations. She is relied on heavily by the joint venture staff to answer title questions. Sittig has over 33 years of experience in the industry and her knowledge of title and experience with title issues is extensive. She has worked within the Title Alliance Family of Companies since 1985.
“I love learning new things each day as an Underwriter,” says Sittig. She continues, “Having worked for an underwriter, I really understand their position on matters and can assist the ventures to clear up issues on title.” When asked what she most looks forward to at T.A. Karen Valetti joins Title Alliance as Assistant Underwriter. Valetti’s career began in 1977 as a title searcher. She worked her way through many positions and many roles within the office. She spent time working with title commitments. Valetti will work with the staff of Title Alliance’s joint ventures to help them with underwriting questions and clearing title. Valetti began working within the Title Alliance Family of companies in 1991. She most loves interaction with the staff on a daily basis.
“I love resolving complicated title issues and using my many hats to get to the bottom of things,” says Valetti. She continues, “I also really enjoy working with the people.
