Evangelho’s responsibilities at PCM will include overseeing the total operations and regional budget for the company’s largest business portfolio throughout Orange County; supervising and supporting PCM’s vast management team; and maintaining strong relationships with client board members, staff, residents and vendors.
Evangelho has served as General Manager for mixed-use high-rise communities at Action Property Management. He held similar leadership roles for Merit Property Management for nearly a decade, rising to the level of Business Unit Leader for the company’s Los Angeles Division.
A Certified Community Association Manager and active member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), Evangelho received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton.
