Business Major from the First Graduating Class of Dixie State University Takes Class Project and Makes It Profitable

Eric Saunders, a student in Eric Pederson’s Internet entrepreneurship class at the newly upgraded college Dixie State University, engaged in the class project to create an online business. Eric Saunders began to look into what he could create this business around. One of his passions is bodybuilding. Eric has performed in bodybuilding shows such as The USA challenge in Bountiful, Utah and The Rocky Mountain Rumble in Ogden, Utah and has placed top 5 in every show. Taking his knowledge he came up with True Natural Bodybuilder (TNB) a natural approach to bodybuilding. Eric stated, "Whenever hormones, steroids, etc. is put into the body to artificially increase the size of your muscle tissue, it is very hard on the body. That is why TNB was born, athletes should know that there is a way to build the body without using steroids or performance enhancement drugs."
The website TrueNaturalBodybuilder.com and a Facebook page was made for the company where in the first three months the focus was on bringing people to LIKE them on Facebook where it quickly grow to over two thousand likes. Shortly after Eric brought on a partner, John Berger, a current communication major at Dixie State University. John brought new insight and created a True Natural Bodybuilder Podcast adding new content for the natural bodybuilding industry. On August 10th, 2013 TNB made history when they did a live broadcast from a power lifting meet in Ogden, Utah which has not been done since the1970’s when the movie pumping iron came out. They have lined up six other bodybuilding shows in which they will be broadcasting live and will be streaming live video from the shows. This will bring an excitement to the sport of bodybuilding and powerlifting that it deserves.
The website for TNB has grown significantly; they have contracted out thirteen different natural bodybuilding supplement companies with over 900 different products available on the site with companies such as MusclePharm, Dymatize, and Myogenix. TNB promises that the supplements sold will have the natural athlete in mind. TNB wants people to not worry about the supplements they are taking, if they come to the site and buy, they know the supplements they are getting are natural products and will test clean in shows and everyday life. The bodybuilding industry is making a come back, and it is foreseen that TNB is in the front leading the way, with young and ambitious leadership in the front of this company there are truly no limits.
