50 Realtors and Investors from Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas attended the inaugural “Auction Pro Academy” in Mesa, Arizona August 14 – 15, 2013 that was presented by Rick Rickert, CEO of INFOclosure.com.This two day boot camp style event is a total immersion into the buying of foreclosed properties at public auction and offered continuing education credit for Realtors.

Rick Rickert, avid real estate investor and CEO of INFOclosure.com announced the successful completion of his first ‘Auction Pro Academy’ that was held in Mesa, Arizona August 14th and 15th, 2013. Realtors and real estate investors from Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas attended this two day paid seminar; a total immersion into buying foreclosed properties at the public auctions that take place daily at county courthouses throughout the US.

“The public auctions on foreclosed properties are the best place to be if you want to buy properties significantly below the actual cash value,” said Rickert. “The problem is that not many people, including experienced real estate agents and investors understand how it works, and we are out to change that,” he said.

Over the last 15 years, Rickert’s company, INFOclosure.com has successfully purchased over 2000 properties at the public auction for his clients, and another 150 of purchases for himself. His company does the bidding at the auctions for his clients. “The foreclosure public auction is not a great place to buy for people who don’t have any experience,” said Rickert. “I have experienced bidders on staff to make bids for my clients after the client has identified a property they are interested in and determined their maximum bid,” He said.

The attendees were amazed at the information they received. A collection of their reactions were filmed, and are available at http://www.youtube.com/infoclosurevideos.

“One of the most frequent comments I got from the attendees was they were pleased that there was no selling of anything during the two day event,” said Rickert.

Rickert and INFOclosure.com is already planning the next ‘Auction Pro Academy’, tentatively scheduled for the second week of November.

“This was our first one, and I’m already taking calls from people asking how to they can attend the next one in November,” said Rickert.
