Real estate educator, Rick Otton, has revealed that he will be hosting a 2014 Zero-Debt Property Cash Flow Bootcamp in the UK to provide unique solutions to anxious property investors in the wake of an established Policy Insitute's warning that the Government’s Help to Buy scheme will hinder, rather than help, the property market. The Adam Smith Institute says the program, which includes an equity loan and a mortgage guarantee, will increase demand without a similar increase in availability, forcing prices up.
