Anytime an accident causes injuries, no matter the severity, victims should hire an experienced attorney.

At about 9:15am, on August 6, 2013, a pickup truck slammed into the back of a Broward County Transit bus causing seven injuries, one serious. The accident happened near Northwest 27th Avenue and Broward Boulevard, according to the Sun-Sentinel (8.6.2013).

Six passengers on the bus suffered minor injuries, while the driver of the pickup truck was treated for serious injuries reported the CBS Miami (8.6.13).

"Even minor injuries can become expensive for victims," stated Fort Lauderdale car accident lawyer Michael Steinger. "Medical treatment gets expensive very fast and the victims of any type of accident retain the right to file a claim against the responsible party."

"Anytime an accident causes injuries, no matter the severity, victims should hire an experienced attorney," says Steinger. "Personal injury laws are in place to ensure victims can seek compensation for their injuries. With the assistance of a skilled lawyer, accident victims can protect their rights."
