Vehicle Protection Association (VPA) Executive Director Chris Carenza will be a featured speaker at the 4th Annual Extended Warranty & Service Contract Innovations Conference to be held Sept. 17-18 in Nashville, Tenn. Carenza’s discussion will focus on promoting customer service excellence and ensuring compliance.
