Vehicle Protection Association (VPA) Executive Director Chris Carenza will be a featured speaker at the 4th Annual Extended Warranty & Service Contract Innovations Conference to be held Sept. 17-18 in Nashville, Tenn. Carenza’s discussion will focus on promoting customer service excellence and ensuring compliance.

The 4th Annual Extended Warranty & Service Contract Innovations Conference, which is one of the only conferences that focuses exclusively on the extended warranty and service contract industry, attracts executives from a wide variety of companies, including BorgWarner, Hewlett-Packard Company, Kodak Company, Nissan North America and Sears Holdings Corporation.

On Tuesday, Sept. 17, Carenza will showcase his expertise alongside key industry players, including Laurence King of Ford Motor Company and Darius Bullock of Lowe’s Companies, Inc., as they engage in a discussion about promoting service excellence and compliance to attract and retain customers.

Through Carenza’s past experience as an assistant attorney general for the state of Missouri and current role as executive director of the VPA, he has gained valuable insight into policy development, member development and retention, certification and compliance, consumer complaint resolution and mediation, marketing and education. His session, titled “Promoting Customer Service Excellence and Ensuring Compliance,” will touch on several of those topics.

The conference will feature keynote speeches, interactive panel discussions and strategic networking breaks that will give participants the design, technological and marketing tools necessary to boost quality, increase market share and increase profits.
