Madico Window Films to Present at the 2013 International Window Film Conference

Held September 18-20, 2013 in Tampa Florida, IWFC hosts more than 120 participants, including architectural technicians, owners, managers, suppliers, and end users. Andy Hayes, Technical Services Engineer for Madico, will discuss a variety of installation techniques for architectural glass and safety/security films. Hayes recently earned the prestigious Certified Energy Manager (CEM) professional certification from the Association of Energy Engineers, a standard for qualifying energy professionals both in the United States and abroad.
To help end users gain a better understanding of specific tools for the flat glass market, the session will cover the following topics:
• Various film protection options including anchoring systems
• The latest techniques related to safety film installation
• Key safety systems to help protect people and property from the dangers of flying glass
• Solution systems from the simplest to most complex options available
• The most cost effective and expedient method of reducing risk by adding the appropriate film
