Stamtec Extends Distribution to Florida and Georgia
Manchester, TN (PRWEB) September 17, 2013 -- Stamtec, a leading manufacturer of metal stamping and forming equipment, has signed an exclusive distribution deal with Production Machine Equipment, Inc., to sell Stamtec presses in Florida and Georgia. This announcement comes after two years of Stamtec being without exclusive representation in the region.
Stamtec selected Production Machine Equipment because of the latter’s focus on the stamping industry. Production Machine also distributes LINK Systems’s press controls, which Stamtec uses on all of its presses, as well as feed lines, shakers and conveyors.
“We’re delighted to be working with Al and Production Machine Equipment,” said Todd Helms, regional sales manager at Stamtec. “Al is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and Production Machine represents a suite of other products relevant to Stamtec presses. Working with someone who is focused on the stamping industry and who has such a great reputation in the region will undoubtedly lead to better service for our customers and more opportunities for everyone.”
“From its 45-ton to its 3,000-ton press lines, Stamtec has a wide range of equipment that will appeal to manufacturers of all types in the region,” said Al Bayne, owner of Production Machine Equipment. “Florida and Georgia are both very diversified places that don’t cater to any one industry in particular. We have everything — the appliance industry, the automotive industry, the mom-and-pop job shop. Stamtec’s diverse catalog has presses that are designed for each and every one.”
