This year's conference attendance of 490 betters the 2012 total of 475, which was the previous all-time high.

Perrin Conferences, acclaimed leader in joint plaintiff/defendant litigation conferences, today announced a record attendance of 490 registered participants for the fifth annual Asbestos Litigation Conference: A National Overview & Outlook. With only four days to go, the conference will take place at the Fairmont San Francisco Hotel from September 16-18. This year's attendance betters last year's total of 475 attendees, which was the previous all-time high for the event.

The Asbestos Litigation Conference brings asbestos insurance, legal, corporate and scientific leaders together to consider the direction and climate of current asbestos litigation. Registration is still open and people may register on the day of the event.

"The momentum behind this year’s demand has been unprecedented," said Lynnsey Perrin, Founder and CEO of Perrin Conferences. "It speaks to the quality of both the agenda program and the high-caliber industry leaders and speakers participating at the conference. We are excited to create a wonderful experience for each of the Perrin Conference attendees."

This year's event will feature breakout sessions and panels covering topics such as emerging and specialized claims; the seismic shifts in California asbestos litigation; the Judges Panel - leading jurists from critical asbestos litigation venues discuss the current climate and future outlook for asbestos litigation; lung cancer filing trends and medical causation; and the highly anticipated ‘Half Day Mock Trial’ which includes Opening and Closing Statements by leading plaintiff and defense trial lawyers. The conference also provides attendees an opportunity to meet with exhibitors and vendors who could benefit their business. The complete conference agenda is available here.
