Managing Partner of Console & Hollawell Wins Martindale-Hubbell Client Distinction Award
(PRWEB) September 12, 2013 -- The law firm of Console & Hollawell is pleased to announce that founder and managing partner Richard P. Console, Jr., has won the Martindale-Hubbell Client Distinction Award. The legal directory and rating site Martindale-Hubbell awards this honor to attorneys who have received a high enough score based on client rankings to put them in the “preeminent” category.
While the legal directory website Martindale-Hubbell has long used a peer rating system to rank attorneys, its client rating system is relatively new. This system allows clients to score their attorneys on a scale of one to five based on qualities such as responsiveness, quality of service, value, and communications ability. To receive the Client Distinction Award, a lawyer must have earned a minimum score of 4.5 from client reviews. The client rating system allows prospective clients to get an inside view of what it’s like to be part of our client family before they even pick up the phone.
“It’s an honor to receive this recognition,” Mr. Console said. “It’s even more of an honor to know that our clients are the reason we have received this award. We practice law for the purpose of making a positive difference in the lives of our clients, and we’re thrilled to see that in their opinion, we are succeeding.”
The award is prestigious. While the law directories of martindale.com and lawyers.com include more than 900,000 attorneys, less than one percent of law firms meet the criteria for eligibility for the Client Distinction Award.
