Ranked #10 in U.S. News & World Report's Regional Colleges West!
Atherton, CA (PRWEB) September 12, 2013
U.S. News & World Report has named Menlo College a "Best College" in its 2014 edition of "America’s Best Colleges" released this week. Menlo ranked #10 in the top tier of schools in the Regional Colleges (West) category. This is the third year consecutively that Menlo College has received this honor.
"We are privileged to have the incredible support of our faculty, staff, and students," said President James J. Kelly. "With such a loyal and focused community, Menlo College continues to foster the excellence that characterizes our Silicon Valley location. Our students are creative and passionate and we are fortunate to serve them by providing them with an exceptional business education."
Regional colleges are classified as schools that emphasize undergraduate education but award fewer than 50% of their degrees in the liberal arts. The colleges are ranked as "Best Regional Colleges" according to geographic region (North, South, Midwest, and West).
Menlo College’s "Best Regional College" designation comes recently after Menlo was named "Best in the West" by The Princeton Review for the fifth straight year. AffordableCollegesOnline.org (AC Online) has identified the 4-year colleges in California with the best lifetime return on investment (ROI). We’re also excited to share that Menlo College has been included on this list, ranking #19 among the top 62 colleges in California.
