Future of TMT Panel to Tackle Telecom Innovation at CEE Investment Conference in Warsaw
Warsaw (PRWEB UK) 16 September 2013 -- The Future of TMT panel session promises to be one of the most significant sessions at the TMT Finance & Investment Central East Europe Conference (http://www.tmtfinance.com/cee) taking place at the Warsaw Stock Exchange on September 25, 2013.
Ewa Kurowska-Tober, Head of TMT/IP Practice, Linklaters, who is chairing the session said, “Innovation, not just in technology, but in business models, pricing and customer service will become increasingly important for companies in the TMT space as they seek new pathways to growth offered by emerging economies.”
The panel session, which is one of eight key sessions at the conference featuring leading regional telecom, finance, technology and advisory executives, also features speakers from Google, MCI, Neostratus, Intel Capital and Akira Partners.
“Achieving satisfactory return on investment is a global struggle and the telco operators in CEE are aware that more people are almost permanently online thanks to the tablet and smartphone boom.” said Tomasz Czechowicz Managing Partner & CEO, MCI Management, one of the speakers. “Therefore the biggest investments in the following years will be connected with “cloud” operations, the M2M operations (eg. intelligent houses), the mobile bank payments and other finance operations as well as other high technology applications.”
The panel will also tackle innovation, how large corporates, investors and growth businesses can work together, how operators are playing the role of VC funds, and what are the key aspects to building new sustainable and successful business models.
The eagerly awaited TMT Finance & Investment Central and East Europe conference is bringing together the key players from leading telecom, finance, technology and advisory businesses to assess the latest growth opportunities and investment strategies.
The Central and East Europe market has been identified as having great potential for achieving aggressive growth targets for operators and over 150 senior executives will gather at the event from across the region.
