Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) September 14, 2013
On August 13, 2013 Shea Homes hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony at their first neighborhood in Rowan County, Castlebrooke Farms. This neighborhood is located on Lentz Road and is just minutes from downtown China Grove and from exits 63 and 68 off of I-85. The event was held in the 2013 Parade of Homes Gold Award winning Napa model home at 148 Castlegate Way in China Grove and was attended by local real estate agents, members of the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce, and Shea Homes’ employees.
Castlebrooke Farms is a gated neighborhood offering 1+ acre homesites. It is located in an ideal location in China Grove, close to Salisbury, Kannapolis, Concord and Charlotte. Shea Homes offers new homes from the high $200’s to $400’s, which include side entry garages, crawl space foundations and granite kitchen counters. Plan sizes range from 2,600 to over 4,400 square feet, with first floor master suites, single story homes and basement homes available.
Michele Scott, VP of Sales & Marketing, commented, “We feel that Castlebrooke Farms has a natural setting with a small-town feel but with proximity to all the conveniences a larger city has to offer. We offer new homes to people who work in Charlotte, Concord, as well as Kannapolis or Salisbury. We have had customers visit us who work at the North Carolina Research Campus in Kannapolis and the Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury. With the large homesites, there is plenty of space to enjoy outdoor activities right in your own back yard at Castlebrooke Farms.”
All homeowners who choose to build a new Shea Home at Castlebrooke Farms will have two design appointments in Shea Homes’ brand new nationally recognized 3,200 square foot Design Center. This provides the opportunity to select everything from flooring to cabinets, with the assistance of a Design Consultant.
