As CCO, Steven is responsible for all global business development activities within ERT. His primary objective is to ensure ERT’s products and services best meet the needs of its global biopharmaceutical and healthcare customers.

Steven has over 19 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, of which he spent the last 14 years focused intensively on business development, strategic development, product management, and marketing. Steven has held executive roles at major Contract Research Organizations (CROs), spanning the drug development spectrum with a key focus on customers and service delivery.
