Los Angeles (PRWEB) September 14, 2013 -- Jilda Shernoff the 37 year old Philanthropist has been working with numerous charities for the past 5 years. She is focused on changing unfortunate, to fatal situations involving women and children. Jilda has held fundraisers, organized events and projects which has brought attention, awareness as well as funding to this rarely talked about, yet global issue known as Domestic Violence. Jilda and her team of conscious crusaders are currently filming a documentary on the subject. The Documentary titled "Why Woman Stay?" is being filmed around the United States interviewing victims, their abusers and often times the surviving siblings, children or other family members of the deceased. Her tireless efforts are not being ignored.
In the past years, Shernoff has raised thousands of dollars which has gone towards saving the souls, hearts and minds of these women and children, possibly their lives. Shernoff finds it hard to believe that some one has the power, voice, and or the resources to change the world, even just one person and declines. That's why Shernoff is taking it upon herself to develop, create, and execute the progress as well as success of fighting for this cause. She is currently working with Jenesse Center of Domestic Violence.https://jenesse.org/
