John Mayer Tickets Riff After Release on BuyAnySeat.com
Denver, Colorado (PRWEB) September 13, 2013 -- After a short tour last summer, John Mayer is back on the road again this Fall. For three long years, the seven-time Grammy Award-winning singer/guitarist had been able to wail out his signature riffs, but unable to belt out the blues.
Mayer had been suffering from vocal problems caused by the stress on his voice from constant performing. He had been receiving treatment from Dr. Steven Zeitels, the same laryngeal expert Adele recently thanked at the Grammys.
Now, much to everyone’s relief, the artist is able to sing again. Mayer’s latest road trip is in support of his Paradise Valley album, which was just released. American Idol winner Phillip Phillips will open.
After kicking off at the Aarons Amphitheater at Lakewood in Atlanta, Georgia on September 27, 2013, the tour performs at the Global Citizen Festival in New York, New York on September 28; Isleta Amphitheatre in Albuquerque, New Mexico on October 1; Ak-Chin Pavilion in Phoenix, Arizona on October 2; Sleep Train Amphitheatre in Chula Vista on October 4 and Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, California on October 5, 2013.
From there, Mayer is booked in Denmark, Norway, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands – before returning to the states to open at the Iwireless Center in Moline, Illinois on November 19, 2013.
“John Mayer has an extremely diverse and loyal following around the world,” said Felina Martinez at online ticket marketplace BuyAnySeat.com. “As with his past tours, it is expected that all of John Mayer’s concerts will be sold out.”
“That’s why we’re proud to offer fans the most complete and continually refreshed selection of concert tickets available online, with a worry-free guarantee to protect their purchase,” said Martinez.

Center in Louisville, Kentucky on November 26; Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan on the 27th; Fedex Forum in Memphis, Tennessee on the 29th; and Chesapeake Arena in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on November 30, 2013.
In December, the singer is scheduled for the Intrust Bank arena in Wichita, Kansas on the 1st; Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio on the 3rd; Bridgestone Arena on the 4th; Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas on the 6th; New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana on the 7th; Amway Center in Orlando, Florida on the 9th; Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida on the 10th; and the North Charleston Coliseum in North Charleston, South Carolina on the 12th.
Next on the slate, concerts are scheduled at the Richmond Coliseum in Richmond, Virginia on the 13th; Baltimore Arena in Baltimore, Maryland on the 14th; and Webster Bank Arena in Bridgeport, Connecticut on the 16th. The wrap is set for the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn, New York on December 17, 2013.
In terms of reviews, David Hiltbrand with Philly.com wrote: “The fact that he's a world-class, flame-throwing guitarist adds a unique dimension to this unreconstructed troubadour. It's like having Clapton and Donovan in the same body.” The review was published on August 26, three days after Mayer’s concert at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, New Jersey on August 23, 2013.
Mayer has won seven Grammys from 19 nominations. He has sold over ten million albums in the U.S. and over 20 million albums worldwide. His other pursuits include stand-up comedy, graphic design and writing. The singer is also active in charity work and various environmental causes. (Source: wikipedia.org)
