Pacific Quest Announces the Hiring of Jody St. Joseph for an Innovative Youth Program on the Big Island of Hawaii
Hilo, HI (PRWEB) September 17, 2013 -- Pacific Quest, an outdoor therapy program in Hawaii, is pleased to welcome Jody St. Joseph as the Adolescent Program Director. In her new role, Jody is responsible for supervision of the adolescent program, personnel management, and assistance with outreach coordination. Other responsibilities will include co-development and quality assurance of supervisory roles, ensuring follow-through of behavioral treatment plans as well as collaborating with both clinical and wellness departments. Jody’s expertise will be invaluable in overseeing program policies and procedures, curriculum implementation, and providing performance evaluations for the supervisor team.
Jody graduated with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation and a minor in Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Prior to joining the Pacific Quest team, Jody spent ten years at a prominent Wilderness Therapy Program in Utah, where she worked as a Field Instructor and later as Program Director. Jody has extensive experience in experiential education, therapeutic recreation and program management. After hearing about Pacific Quest, she became interested in joining the team and is now happy to be serving as Program Director of the Adolescent program in Ka’u.
