The robust event app enables attendees to easily synchronize their registration itinerary from Experient directly onto the app’s schedule which can then be further customized by adding personal meetings or social events to take place during the course of the annual meeting. Recognizing that attendees often check schedules and updates on their Android phone, while using their iPad to take session notes, the EventPilot conference app enables synchronization between both operating platforms. This smart feature of the meeting app allows members to always have their latest personal schedule information in hand no matter which device they choose to use.

Logged in users can find each other in the list of attendees contained within the mobile event app, sending private messages and networking with their peers.
Synchronized Scheduling Features
Attendees can download their Experient schedule directly to the EventPilot meeting app providing a personalized timetable for the entire conference. The user may then customize the schedule, add notes, sync across devices, or export their daily plan to their smartphone calendar.
Availability
The free iPhone and iPad conference app is available now in the App Store. The free Android event app is available in the Android market. A web version for BlackBerry and other web-enabled devices is available for attendees.
