Coastal Healthcare Consulting Hires Gay Fright as Executive Vice President of Business Development

In this role, Ms. Fright will leverage her considerable expertise in the areas of clinical and business development with electronic medical records (EMR)/physician adoption clinician order entry (CPOE)/and clinical process design to develop new client relationships as well as strengthen Coastal’s long-term client associations. Ms. Fright’s proven record of successes will help ensure that Coastal continues to grow at a record pace. Ms. Fright comes to Coastal with 20 years of experience in IT healthcare consulting, delivery, business development, and strategy. She has experience leading and expanding consulting practices and effecting dramatic revenue increases. Most recently, she has worked with Pivot Point Consulting as the Vice President of National Business Development and Corporate Strategy. Prior to that, she worked for Dell Computing, IBM’s Global Services, and McKesson Corporation. She holds a nursing degree from the University of Manitoba. Ms. Fright is an Information Systems Professional (ISP), a Six Sigma Black Belt, and has been a member of HIMSS for more than 12 years. She advises the industry on various IT healthcare-related topics as a member of the Council of Healthcare Advisors and Maven.
Ms. Fright’s appointment comes as Coastal achieves its strategic goals in the first half of 2013 and is poised for continuing growth in 2014.
