Some of the most legendary names in rock music are hitting the beach during the Autumn 2013 Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally for the inaugural Pepsi Thunder Beach Jam. Pepsi Thunder Beach Jam will take place at the Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater in Panama City Beach, Florida the weekend of October 4th and 5th, 2013. This year’s lineup includes renowned rock acts Grand Funk Railroad, Cheap Trick, John Kay & Steppenwolf, Badfinger, The Kicks and FLOORD.

Centered around the popular Thunder Beach Annual Autumn Bike Rally, crowds from all over the United States will be able to spend their weekend enjoying an array of events, food, drinks, dancing, and of course…some of the best rock and roll music of our time.

"The Thunder Beach Rallies have grown dramatically over the years, but our one missing link has been the absence of first-rate national musical entertainment.  With the addition this Autumn of the Thunder Beach Jam, that is no longer the case!  While our  riders have always had a great range of entertainment to take advantage of, the Thunder Beach Jam adds a whole new exciting dimension to what is already one of the top rallies in the USA," says President & CEO, Joe Biggs, of Thunder Beach Productions.

Grand Funk Railroad will kick off the weekend headlining Friday, October 4th and Cheap Trick will close the festival Saturday, October 5th. Gates open at 4pm. Two-day General Admission tickets are on sale now for a discounted price of $59 and can be purchased at http://www.thunderbeachjam.com. Ticket prices will increase up to $89 as the event nears. Festivalgoers interested in a VIP experience can purchase VIP Pit tickets for $199, granting them admission to the area directly in front of the stage.

“Music, beach, and bike-lovers planning to attend the Pepsi Thunder Beach Jam will spend their weekend cruising around Panama City Beach, FL during the day and enjoying some of the best and most legendary rock music at night,” says Pepsi Thunder Beach Jam’s Executive Producer, Rendy Lovelady, “We’re ready to ROCK & RIDE!”

With the combination of people coming to Panama City Beach for the motorcycle rally as well as for the music, the festival will bring in significant business for condos, hotels, restaurants, retail, and other tourist attractions in the area long after the summer tourism season has closed.
