Quadrant2Design design Olympus KeyMed's latest exhibition stands, using exclusive Prestige Events System.
Poole, Dorset (PRWEB UK) 24 September 2013 -- "We're always collecting real-life 'case-study' illustrations of the benefits of our Prestige Events System; the Olympus KeyMed project we've just agreed is perfect; a high profile client who wanted us to deliver exhibition stands for five future events, at a sensible cost, from just one purchase," comments Andrew Carney, Sales Director.
Projects like these play to the strengths of Quadrant2Designs flagship solution, the Swiss designed Prestige Events System.
Firstly Olympus wanted to 'self-build' their stands. While many suppliers of modular exhibition systems will claim their solutions can be self-built, in practice these claims often fall short. Prestige is unique among modular systems, in that it's constructed from lightweight, but super strong, expanding 'popup frames'.
These popup frames are not only compact for transport, they are also easy to handle and setup. Once the frames are built, magnetic struts are added and with the flexible graphics 'magnetising' up to the frames, even large and complex exhibition stands can be built within record time. And all without any special knowledge or tools.
Olympus’s event programme involved five different exhibition space’s – all different sizes at different venues. Now if Olympus had opted for custom built stands, the waste of resources and cost would have been prohibitive. Other modular systems would have struggled to meet the degree of modularity needed to fulfill the five different configurations.
Only Prestige offered to twin benefits Olympus needed for this project; the easy self-build characteristics, coupled with the unique degree of modularity necessary to reconfigure for five very different stand space’s.
Andrew, “Our starting point for projects like this is, to achieve in advance, 3-D designs for each different stand configuration, so we know exactly the specification of Prestige kit the client needs. Only once we have these 3-D designs approved, will we move onto the graphic content. The whole thrust of our approach is to thrill the client with our designs, but at a cost they want to pay and that offers them real value over their exhibition programme.”
Quadrant2Design argue that they are uniquely placed to offer this unusual mix of creativity and value. Andrew explains, “It’s not just about the special characteristics of Prestige, even though they are extremely important. It’s also that we have all key design and production services in-house. And with four full-time CAD exhibition designers, we can bring huge talent and resources to any design related issue.”
Olympus we’re also greatly reassured by the fact that Quadrant2Design pre-built every one of their five exhibition stands before they were dispatched. All of these pre-builds were filmed for training purposes and can now be seen on Quadrant2Designs YouTube Channel. Or you can click here to see the video on Quadrant2Design's website.
