NBCC Foundation Announces 2014 HS-BCP Scholarships
Greensboro, NC (PRWEB) September 16, 2013 -- The NBCC Foundation (NBCCF) is pleased to announce its 2014 scholarships for Human Services-Board Certified Practitioners (HS-BCPs) who intend to pursue a career in counseling. These scholarships are made possible by generous corporate support from the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE).
HS-BCPs working toward a bachelor’s degree in a helping field with the intention to enter a master’s-degree program in counseling may be eligible to apply for one of two $2,000 scholarships.
HS-BCPs who are currently enrolled in a master’s-degree program accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling & Related Educational Programs (CACREP) may be eligible to apply for a single $5,000 scholarship.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, or hold legal resident status. For complete eligibility criteria or to apply, visit http://www.nbccf.org/programs. The application deadline is November 15, 2013.
