MIAMI BEACH, FLA. (PRWEB) September 17, 2013
Buoyed by the resurgence of South Florida real estate, Miami-based North American Title Co. has opened a new office in Miami Beach.
“With the market improving, we knew we wanted to have a branch office in the middle of this very active Mid-Beach area,” said Daisy Mesa, Miami-Dade County manager. “We’re just past the causeway, convenient for residential buyers and sellers, and centrally located in one of Miami Beach’s nicest metropolitan areas.”
Affirming the area’s real-estate rebound, CoreLogic, the property information and analytics provider, announced recently that South Florida’s home prices had jumped more than 13 percent in July. The Miami-Dade metro area set the largest jump in home prices – a 15.2 percent increase from July 2012 to July 2013.
The new North American Title office is located at 777 Arthur Godfrey Road (41st Street at Meridian), Suite 401, Miami Beach, FL 33140, telephone number (305) 672-4550.
