Couple Opens Fresh Coat of the Quad Cities, Focuses on Customer Satisfaction
Davenport, Iowa (PRWEB) September 18, 2013 -- Rick and Rachelle Petersen know a few things about maintaining a home; after all, they’ve owned and managed multiple rental properties for close to 30 years. So when the two decided they wanted to open their own business earlier this year, they turned to the remodeling industry and recently launched Fresh Coat Painters of the Quad Cities.
“We handle the upkeep and remodeling of those rental properties ourselves – and a large portion of that consists of repainting the units as they become vacant. Painting is something we felt very comfortable and knowledgeable about,” Rick said.
Before opening Fresh Coat, Rick was a maintenance supervisor at a manufacturing facility for close to 20 years and Rachelle worked in customer service at a bank for 17 years. In both careers, the two had to focus on teamwork, communication and overall manager/customer satisfaction.
