JHI is growing. We expect every year to be better than the year before.

When asked his intentions for the association, Michael Parness, CEO and Executive Director at JHI responded, "Growth is critical to add geographical and capabilities bandwidth for our current members to better serve their clients. But growth for growth's sake is never good. We will only pursue firms that can help us maintain or elevate our reputation as an association of high caliber firms that have the ability to contribute to the knowledge base that makes us a world class leader in idea generation to benefit our clients and the industry." He added, "This is the first year we surfaced as a contender for IAB's 'Rising Star Association', and we were a finalist among the contenders. That's quite a distinction; one we hope to exceed next year."
