Barbara, A.F. Greene, well-known entrepreneur and coach to leaders and executives in industry, private business and education, will speak about the importance of relationships in a job search at the special roundtable discussion sponsored by the San Antonio Chapter of the Texas Young Professionals on September 17th.

The roundtable discussion, titled “Boom or Bust? The Future Outlook of Jobs in San Antonio,” will feature a panel of experts in the field of employment. As part of the discussion, Greene will outline strategies for building relationships unconditionally and help participants understand the positive impact it can have on their careers. She also will highlight the most important assets in finding professional jobs.

“It’s still a relationship world when it comes to finding your next job,” commented Greene. “Seventy percent of all new jobs come from a personal relationship rather than the internet. You can discover the hidden job market through your connections.”

As an entrepreneur and expert in career transition, Greene knows first-hand what it takes to have a successful career.
