AESC and Leadership Development Firm Robert Gregory Partners Announce Relationship to Help AESC Members Expand Client Services to Include Executive Transition Coaching

Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) members now have a cost-effective way to provide best–of-breed executive transition coaching services to clients, through Robert Gregory Partners. Transition coaching eases the new executive’s assimilation into a new role, advancing successful long-term placement – and client satisfaction with the search firm.

Coaching services, especially in the context of on-boarding new executives appointed via executive search, can have a very beneficial impact on performance success for new hires.

The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), a global professional association for the retained executive search and leadership consulting industry, has partnered with leadership development firm Robert Gregory Partners to provide AESC members access to outsourced, comprehensive new-executive transition coaching services for their client companies.

The two organizations formed the relationship as a means to help executive search firms that do not have in-house coaching practices access these services to meet a broader scope of client needs. Transition executive coaching services are a logical addition to the firms’ capabilities; these services can significantly increase the likelihood that a sourced candidate will successfully assimilate into a new position and company and, ultimately, fully meet employer expectations – in the process, also increasing client satisfaction with the search firm.

Further, subcontracting coaching services is often the most cost-effective solution for boutique AESC members. Small- and medium-sized firms can easily add these services without the resource investment and diversification needed to build in-house capabilities.
