Recall’s Heather Generes Honored by Profiles in Diversity Journal
Norcross, Ga. (PRWEB) September 18, 2013 -- Recall, a global leader in document storage, secure document destruction, digital document management and data protection, announced today that its Global Vice President of Marketing, Heather Generes, will be featured in Profiles in Diversity Journal’s annual Women Worth Watching edition. Women Worth Watching, which appears in the publication’s annual September/October issue, celebrates achievements of female executives in a wide array of industries. Generes’ inclusion marks the second consecutive year that a member of the Recall Executive Committee has been recognized in the Women Worth Watching issue.
“Women are pushing through the glass ceiling. The increased participation and diversity of honorees in our Women Worth Watching issue truly indicates the progress being made. Although we still have far to go, with the support of these organizations and companies, women
will continue to make strides,” said James R. Rector, Publisher of Profiles in Diversity Journal.
In her duties, Generes is responsible for Recall’s marketing, product management and digital services business, located across more than 20 countries in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia/New Zealand. She joined Recall in 2011, and was named a member of the Recall Executive Committee in 2012. Prior to her arrival at Recall, Generes spent 15 years at Pitney Bowes, Inc., where she was most recently Vice-President, Global Product Management.
“I am deeply honored to be recognized with so many talented executives in this year’s Women Worth Watching issue,” said Generes. “This distinction is also a reflection of Recall and its commitment to maintaining a diverse workforce.”
“Our executive team is consistently impressed with Heather’s dedication, hard work and never-ending pursuit of knowledge. It is exciting to see her well-deserved accolades shared with a broader audience,” said Recall’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Doug Pertz. “Heather’s inclusive style encourages everyone around her to contribute to projects and, in turn, makes each individual more valuable to our company. Her talents continue to position Recall as a global innovator in the information management industry.”
