Gino stops off first in Amalfi town which is world-famous for its lemons, lemons that are so sweet you can eat like an apple, including the skin! Visiting a secluded citrus grove, Gino’s discoveries inspired him to whip up a creamy lemon mousse topped with crushed amaretti biscuits. After sharing with us tasty delights using the renowned lemons, Gino then heads further down the coast to an organic buffalo farm. Meeting more friendly locals, this time expert mozzarella makers, Gino tries his hand at crafting pliable cheese. The episode ends with Gino and his new friends, enjoying local dishes and the gorgeous sunset aboard a sail boat.
