She is a skilled writer and editor, adept at developing well organized, compliant, persuasive writing that succinctly details competitive advantages and in working with Subject Matter Experts to distill technically complex material into scoreable text that meets/exceeds evaluation factors. Luanne is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Greater Mid-West Chapter, former President and Communications Director of APMP’s Northeast Chapter, and member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). She is Shipley trained and holds a M.A. in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts and a B.A. in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross.
