Reward Summit is changing the way that shoppers use their credit cards.

Our goal is to enhance the shopping experience in every imaginable way - this is just one step we're taking to accomplish that mission.

Reward Summit, a popular new app which lets users maximize their credit card rewards points, has just launched a new browser integration which allows users to gain more points both online and in store. After being featured as the #1 finance app in the Apple App Store and a wildly successful launch, Reward Summit's developers noticed that a majority of their members were using their app for online purchases. Reward Summit's new plugin creates a faster, more automatic way to enhance credit rewards that caters to their users' behavior.

"The more you use our app, the more useful it becomes," says John Espey, Reward Summit's founder. "More and more shopping is done online, and we needed a way to let our users easily rack up points while they used e-commerce. We developed a plugin that leverages the same powerful scoring engine and the same account as our iOS app to bring the solution to the browser. Now, when shopping at popular sites like Amazon, eBay, USAirways, Target, etc., users can quickly click a button from inside their browser to see what card to use."

Reward Summit has now bridged the gap between in-store and online purchases. The mobile app uses geo-targeted to figure out where users are, then suggests the best card to use based on their physical location. Users simply open the app and it automatically tells them which card to use for best results. However, when users shop online, they must manually enter the website they're using into the mobile app. The new browser integration means that users can instantly get recommendations with a click.

"The response to our mobile app has been phenomenal," says Chris Hart, co-founder of Reward Summit. "We knew this was a solution that people have wanted for a long time, but we had no idea how popular it would be. We have long thought of Reward Summit as a platform more than an app, and this product launch is the first of many that we will bring to market to help shoppers - however and wherever they shop."

The new browser integration works with Safari, Firefox, and Google chrome, and can be installed with only a few clicks.
