(PRWEB) September 24, 2013 -- PT students who are struggling to figure out where to go after graduation are in luck – Evidence In Motion co-founder Dr. John Childs, PT, PhD, MBA, will be scheduling meetings with students and giving presentations at the EIM booth during the 2013 APTA National Student Conclave this October 25th and 26th in Louisville, Kentucky.
During unopposed exhibit hours, Dr. Childs will be presenting information on EIM’s Orthopaedic Residency, Sports Residency, Manual PT Certification, and Sports PT Certification programs. Presentations will take place on Friday, October 25th 9am-11am and 3pm-5pm, and Saturday, October 26th 11am-1pm, and will be made every hour, on the hour during these windows.
Dr. Childs will also be meeting with students one-on-one or in small groups to address topics like negotiating tuition reimbursement with potential employers, getting the most out of your education, creating your own EIM Residency or Certification cohort with your friends, tuition discounts for EIM Residency and Certification programs, and more. Additionally, t-shirts will be given out at the EIM booth as part of a giveaway. Any student wearing their EIM t-shirt during the conference will automatically be entered to win an iPad. The winner will be chosen randomly during the course of the conference.

Their website allows students to search for jobs offered by employers who will financially support residency and fellowship training. EIM Network Partners can also post job openings through PTJobs.com that are listed on the EIM website. This partnership allows job seekers to find employers who are supportive of continuing education.
The conference will be held at the Galt House in Louisville, KY October 24th-26th. Registration can be completed at http://www.apta.org/NSC/Registration/ and is $130 for student APTA members and $215 for nonmembers.
