Conservatory Outlet continues to acknowledge the efforts made by its dealers to pull out all the stops when it comes to customer service, presenting awards to the eight companies who have achieved an overall customer satisfaction score above 95% over the past 12 months.
The setting up of the ‘+95% Club’ originally came about following the integration of a review centre on the main Conservatory Outlet website where customers have the opportunity to rate the work supplied by their local dealer in a number of different areas.
Since the online review centre went live last September, 5 Star, West Yorkshire Windows, Clearview Home Improvements, Mitchell Glass, Premier Windows & Conservatories, Eden Windows, EAS and Planet South Lakes have each attracted total scores exceeding 95%.
The awards were presented, amongst other things, to representatives from each dealership at a formal dinner during Conservatory Outlet’s most recent network event held at Carden Park Country Resort in Chester, held between 13-15 September.
The review centre has received over 1,000 reviews to date, via online submissions and freepost survey, with cash prizes on offer to those who take the time to supply feedback.
It also enables Conservatory Outlet to constantly monitor the customer service performances of their entire 21-strong network to ensure that standards are being maintained at the highest possible level across the board.
