Arthur Rutenberg Homes Named “Fast 100” By Tampa Bay Business Journal
Clearwater, FL (PRWEB) September 21, 2013 -- Arthur Rutenberg Homes has been named by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as one of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Florida.
“We are delighted to be acknowledged by the Tampa Bay Business Journal for our hard work,” said Frank Pizzica, CEO of Arthur Rutenberg Homes. “Our outlook is even rosier than last year’s revenues show. Contract sales are up about 70%, which will translate into future revenue.”
The Tampa Bay Business Journal's Fast 100 is a list of the fastest growing privately-held companies owned and headquartered in Florida over a three-year span. Companies named to the list showed steady growth in their year-over-year revenues.
Pizzica attributed the company’s growth to geographic diversification and increased web and social media presence. The company has expanded into North and South Carolina four years ago, which now accounts for 29 percent of its revenue. Recently, the company entered the Nashville, Tennessee and Cincinnati, Ohio markets. In early 2014, they plan to expand into the Atlanta, Georgia market. The use of social media, including Pinterest, Houzz and YouTube videos, has expanded traffic to its website, increasing average hits per month from 10,000 to 30,000.
