“Hal brings deep experience to Accordion combining both a principal investing background and direct finance and operational roles at private-equity backed companies. This combination is a huge asset for our private equity clients,” said Nick Leopard, founder and CEO of Accordion Partners.

Hal has over twenty years of experience in finance, investing, and operating positions. He has completed dozens of investment transactions totaling over $900 million as investor, portfolio company executive, and advisor.
