Sixth Consecutive “Best Practices” Award Win for Clements Worldwide
Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) September 23, 2013 -- The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) has awarded Clements Worldwide, a leading provider of insurance solutions for expatriates and international organizations, its prestigious ‘Best Practices Agency’ status for the sixth successive year.
Having sought nominations from a range of organizations including insurance companies and vendor user groups, IIABA once again conferred best practice status on Clements Worldwide following a rigorous analysis of the company’s finances, business processes, and customer service.
Recognition by the IIABA is based on the recently announced results of the association’s annual Best Practices Study, which highlights the country’s top performing independent insurance agencies. Over 1,100 U.S. independent agencies vied for the honor of being awarded the 2013 “Best Practice” status.
The Best Practices Study was initiated by IIABA in 1993 as the foundation for efforts to improve insurance agency performance nationally. The annual survey and study of leading independent insurance agencies documents the business practices of the best agencies and urges others to adopt similar practices.
Tarun Chopra, Clements’ chief financial officer said: “Achieving best practice status once is highly commendable; achieving it six times in succession as Clements has done is a powerful testament to the consistency of our performance and our standards. Our goal is to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with both our clients and carriers; the consistency of our offering is the foundation on which we are able to do this.
“Within the last several months, we've launched our first operation in the Middle East and acquired the UK-based expat insurer Italsure. This is an exciting time of growth and development for us, but it’s vital to be sure that our fundamental brand values remain intact. Everyone at Clements is proud to be recognized by the IIABA because this honor confirms our organizational commitment to exceptional operational standards.”
