The series is part of Diet-to-Go’s ongoing effort to help people keep the weight off permanently by applying common-sense to their weight loss plan. The featured experts consistently help others towards wellness by providing healthy recipes, nutrition and fitness tips and information that helps others make lasting, meaningful changes throughout their lives.

“On top of providing people with healthy, nutritious, convenient meals to help them lose weight safely, we want to give people the tools they need to make permanent changes,” said CEO Hilton Davis. “By featuring outside industry experts, we are contributing to the healthy culture as a whole.”

The five-part series will begin with Dr. Jonny Bowden, a board-certified nutritionist and author of 14 bestselling nutrition books. Bowden is often called “The Rogue Nutritionist,” because he questions mainstream philosophies about nutrition and health. Bowden has frequented numerous television shows as a guest expert and has written articles for many prominent publications like The Huffington Post and Better Nutrition.

Tammy and Lyssie Lakatos, The Nutrition Twins, will share their story and expert tips. The Nutrition Twins are identical twin sisters who have spent a lifetime immersed in fitness and nutrition culture. On top of their many popular articles and revolutionary nutrition books, they can often be seen demonstrating unorthodox fitness moves & talking diet on shows such as Good Morning America, The Doctors and many, many more.

No one has stood against the methods used to help people lose weight on the popular ABC show The Biggest Loser more vehemently than Dr. Yoni Freedhoff. Freedhoff founded the Bariatric Medical Institute and works as an assistant professor of family medicine at the University of Ottawa. He also keeps the public up-to-date on the latest happenings on his personal website Weighty Matters.

Jessica Fishman Levinson is a registered dietitian and founder of Nutritioulicious, a nutrition consulting practice. She has been extremely successful at counseling people on nutrition issues and has made numerous guest appearances on television. She also writes articles for top publications like Fitness and Glamour magazines to provide much-needed information and advice to the general public. Levinson believes in the importance of establishing sound eating habits early on, and co-wrote a children’s cookbook to do just that.

In the weight loss blogging sphere, no one is perhaps more influential and successful than Veronica ‘Roni’ Noone. Noone started blogging about her own weight loss journey back in 2005, and has now established herself as a leader in the accountability movement of health and fitness blogging. She manages six websites, including her own personal blog and the very successful Fit Bloggin’, where fellow bloggers converse to share their story, meet for conferences and get involved in all aspects of health and wellness blogging. She also runs BlogToLose, an active weight loss community complete with forums, event updates, success stories and much, much more.

The first article for this series will appear on Tuesday, Sept. 24. Each Tuesday, the series will continue as the experts share their take on best practices to lose weight and get healthy.
