Ian Mausner Pens New Book Offering Relationship Help to Divorced Middle-Aged Men
San Diego, California (PRWEB) September 23, 2013 -- In response to a growing population of middle-aged men who are currently single due to divorce, Ian Mausner, founder and CEO of J.S. Oliver Capital Management, will be releasing a book, tentatively called, Great Sex and Great Relationships after the Divorce. The book should be released in time for the holidays and will help men in the 40s, 50 or older – many of whom haven't dated since they were in their 20s – relearn the dating environment and ways to connect with women. Mausner got the idea through his own encounters with friends and clients.
"As I spoke to people who were either going through a divorce or recently divorced, I realized that I had accumulated a tremendous amount of information and knowledge that these people found incredibly useful and which saved them a great deal of time and errant actions and judgments. So I realized that I had to get that info out to help people. So I discuss everything from making the divorce decision, how to start dating, the pros and cons of online sites, match makers and dating services, the whole issue of sex, how to date, the exclusive and commitment issues, etc.," said Mausner.
According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the divorce rate in the United States is more than fifty percent. Men who remain single are more likely to become depressed, engage in risky behavior, or pass away prematurely. However, most men are unaware of changes in the dating environment and have no idea of online dating sites and paid matchmaking services. Furthermore, many have questions about intimacy, commitment, previous children, second marriages and more. Mausner's book aims to tackle these and other questions to help men find happiness after divorce.
