SparkBase, Inc. a loyalty software and gift card platform today launched its new app, LoyaltyOS, for ExactTarget HubExchange.

LoyaltyOS leverages ExactTarget capabilities to deliver brand experiences to customers and reward them for engaging. Through the app, brands gain an integrated, omni-channel loyalty solution that increases email performance, collects customer data and drives purchase frequency.

With LoyaltyOS, marketers may reward customers for engaging in the following ways:

  •          Completing a purchase
  •          Forwarding an email to a friend
  •          Updating a customer profile or preference center
  •          Liking the brand or sharing a post on social media
  •          Reviewing a product
  •          Playing a game
  •          Answering a survey

In addition to LoyaltyOS through ExactTarget HubExchange, SparkBase works with more than 100 partners and resellers to offer integrated loyalty and gift card solutions to businesses.
