Seniorlink Gains Two Senior Leaders to Drive Continued Growth in Its Family Caregiving Services
Boston, MA (PRWEB) September 23, 2013 -- Seniorlink, which supports families with an intensive care management model known as Structured Family Caregiving, has added two senior leaders in new roles within its management team. Seniorlink is pleased to announce that Bob Creamer has assumed the role of EVP and Chief Operating Officer and Bill McIvor is the company’s new EVP and Chief Development Officer.
Bob Creamer has thirty years of experience in healthcare services. He was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Loving Care Agency, one of the country’s leading providers of home health care to medically complex children. Prior to that he spent a decade at Gentiva, where he was responsible for a number of operating divisions, including CareCentrix, a $300M managed care outsourcing entity. Based on his experience leading high growth, multi-state health services organizations, Bob will lead the growth of Seniorlink’s Caregiver Homes, which provides Structured Family Caregiving in four states today.
Bill McIvor has been a leader in various healthcare organizations for twenty-seven years. Most recently Bill was a senior executive at Novasom, a unique organization serving patients exhibiting sleep disordered breathing, including obstructive sleep apnea. Previously, he was an SVP for iHealth, a leading provider of cost containment solutions to health plans. He was the EVP for Accordant Health, a disease/case management company serving health plans, employers and third party administrators. He has also operated health plans while at Oxford Health. Bill’s experience leading health plans and serving plans with innovative solutions will enable Bill to lead Seniorlink in developing and selling solutions for health plans including Structured Family Caregiving through Caregiver Homes.
