Today, Sports Club/LA and Reebok Sports Club/NY, the premier health and fitness Club, announce an exclusive partnership with Tara Stiles to bring her popular Strala Yoga classes to all of its members by February 2014. Working directly with Stiles, Sports Club/LA and Reebok Sports Club/NY instructors will be certified in this innovative style of yoga, known for its laid-back, energetic and open vibe, that will soon be added to the Club’s already extensive roster of Mind Body classes offered to members in its seven locations nationwide. This partnership marks the next innovation in Sports Club/LA and Reebok Sports Club/NY’s history of shaping the health and wellness industry, by becoming the first health club in the world to offer Strala Yoga to its Members.

Strala is a movement-based system of yoga that lets people feel into the full range of their selves, focusing on moving over posing. Strala Yoga was developed by Tara Stiles, who has been praised by the likes of Brooklyn Decker and Deepak Chopra for her nonconformist approach and ability to relate to Clients of all levels and fitness backgrounds.
