Mayors of Phoenix and Scottsdale to Speak at CCA Forum 2013, Oct. 23-25

(PRWEB) September 23, 2013 -- The Care Continuum Alliance announced today that Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton and Scottsdale Mayor W.J. “Jim” Lane will be the opening speakers for the Visionaries Series Keynote Speakers on October 24 and 25, respectively, at the organization’s annual conference, CCA Forum 2013, to be held in Scottsdale, Arizona, with the theme, The Value of Population Health: Implementation Matters.
Care Continuum Alliance (CCA) is the association for the health and wellness industry, which is changing rapidly under the impetus of the Affordable Care Act, and the renewed interest in wellness and incentives in the workplace.
