Third-Party Management Division Continues Growth at Gables Residential Sims Promoted to National Director of Client Services
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) September 24, 2013 -- Gables Residential, a leader in the management and development of multifamily apartment communities, recently promoted Shae Sims to National Director of Client Services. Shae Sims will be directing client services initiatives to include national RFP request execution, due diligence and relationship management. She will also be involved in the third-party business development process.
With Gables since 2007, Shae most recently held the position of Director of Client Services- Dallas. In this role she supported all third-party clients, managed new business lead generation and oversaw the Regional Manager team for third-party assets. Prior to Gables, Shae spent two years with Equity Residential and three years with Fairfield Residential.
Since entering the multifamily industry in 2002, Shae has been involved in owner-managed, third-party and joint venture assets. Her experience spans operations to include audit compliance, marketing, capital planning, acquisitions and dispositions.
