According to Officer J. Moore, the intoxicated man returned home, which is located on the 3100 block of High Street “very drunk.”
Upon seeing his gunshot wounds, his parents took him to the hospital. Moore said the man was listed in stable condition, but was refusing to cooperate with investigators.
